Radhika Ganguly
Radhika passion for helping her community drives her in every sphere of life. She also very passionate about empowering women through skill-based employment, she is committed to creating sustainable opportunities—starting within her own organization. Radhika is the Creative Director of B.G. Services & Exports Pvt. Ltd. a consumer products manufacturing company with customers all over the world. She was awarded the National Award for Women Entrepreneurs in 2021. Prior, as an associate at Deloitte Touché Tohmatsu, she specialized in finance and risk analytics.
Biswajit Dasgupta
Biswajit's philanthropy passion involves him in various projects, especially in fund raising and
organization. Biswajit is currently the Director with RD&A Insurance Broking Services Pvt Ltd, which
advises large corporates in India. As an independent marketing consultant for Indian East zone he is
associated with Lokmat, India’s largest newspaper group. A veteran in the Media Industry for over three
decades in marketing, he has held senior positions with the India Today group and The Telegraph
Readers Digest, and held advisory roles with The Economist and Outlook group amongst others. His love
for music has also made him a popular music events coordinator with major clubs in Kolkata.
Dipankar (Dipu) Ghosh
His wife, Swati’s, and his world were shaken to the core, when their only child was identified with acute speech language delay at the age of 3. With help of a very organized support system in their county, family dedication and intensive medical and other support (sometimes concurrently upto 6 doctors/practitioners), the child has overcome developmental delay in 12 years from its onset. In professional life he was a Director for the World Bank Group.
